What services are included with each plan?
Access all API endpoints with each request. No rate limits - use your requests as fast as you need.
What counts as a request credit?
A request credit allows you to make one successful request to any of our services (geocoding, maps and routing). Customizing maps, downloading a stylesheet, creating data tables and adding/deleting/getting data from these tables is not considered as a "making a request".
How do request credits work for vector tiles?
For vector tiles, each request credit allows 4 tiles generation which represent 1 map view.
Can I change my subscription plan?
You can upgrade (or downgrade) your subscription anytime you want by going into the dashboard and selecting a new plan. You will instantly be charged for the new plan and will get the corresponding's requests amount added to your current ones.
What happens when I use all my request credits?
When you have used all of your requests, you can unfortunately not use the service anymore. You must either switch to a new plan or wait until your requests credit gets refiled.
How can I check my remaining request credits?
You can know how many requests credit left you have in the "Account Info" section of your dashboard.
Are discounts or special pricing available?
Discounts, startup programs,... can be discussed by reaching us through the Contact Us section. Note that such programs can only be applied to customers who have decent justifications regarding their need for advantageous pricing. What is your refund policy?
Refunds can be offered only if the customer forgot to cancel his subscription and hasn't used any of the new added requests credits. In this unique case, the customer can ask for a refund (in the Contact Us section) within 2 weeks after latest invoice.
